About Us

Stanley K. Draper, R.L.S., has been in the Surveying Business for 18 years, beginning as an Instrument Man with a local Engineer, then moving to one of the more established Surveying Companies in Nashville for the next couple of years where he excelled as one of the most productive drafters on staff, and eventually, to a Large local Engineering Firm, where he was instrumental in re-starting their Survey Division, which had been dormant for several years, and had been there in responsible charge for the last 13 years. Now, he has taken the next logical step, and opened his own shop. After working for a myriad of local Architects and Engineers, he has special insight in to the needs of these professionals, while also understanding the laymen's point of view.

Legend Homes

This is the best picture I took of the house itself, I was looking at drainage stuff, and different spots on the house, next time I'll try and remember to take a better picture,..anyway, HUGE house, small lot, very tastefully done, the landscaping was pretty intense, lots of detail here.
