I've been looking into the way to organize this business, and I'm thinking the best, and most painless way to go would be an LLC,.. Incorporation has some advantages,..but I don't know that it's enough to offset the tax liability,.. you get double-taxed, it appears to me,.if you're incorporated,..anyway,..that, and I think a good website would be DraperLandSurveying.com, and it's available,. and I want to get something out there that's a bit more professional than the blog,..anyway,..just throwing it our there,.. thinking of changing the name of the entity at the turn of the year to

Draper Land Surveying, L.L.C.,.. I think it has a certain ring to it,.what do ya'll think?
